We have included an overview of the NORM Connect features below as well as some answers to the most commonly asked questions we have received from the membership. Members will only need one username and password to log in to the below sites and features. The password and username sync across NORM Connect and the new member-only Website.

This is the website for members-only content. Only NORM members who are active can access the private files and menu items. This has replaced NORM MembersClicks. Please bookmark this link so that you can access updates easily. Members will find education opportunities, a document library, webinars, archives, and more, once logged in. Click the Blue Login Button at the top and input your Username and Password that you created when you signed up for 2023. If you are having issues, please reset your password, clear your cookies, and update the auto-filled password on your computer.
NORM Connect: https://norm.glueup.com/account/login This is the webpage and mobile application that has replaced the old community forum. NORM Connect allows our members to post within a general group or specific groups to engage with each other. Members can search the directory, and direct message each other within the site. Please bookmark this link so that you can access the forum and your member profile easily.
Forum Archives You can access the old forum archives by logging into the membership website and going under the "Resources" tab, and clicking "Forum Archives" FAQ How do I reset my Password?

Why am I not receiving email notifications about posts made in the forum?
Please check your spam/junk folder for our notifications. All email notifications from the forum will come from no-reply@glueup.com
Why don't the email notifications show the body of the post?
The support team told us that this feature is being worked on and should be implemented this year. Members will be able to see the author, the group, and the body of the message, within the notification.
How do I see the different groups within the community to make specific posts?
Members can access the "My Community" tab on the NORM Connect App or website and can see the different main Communities and Groups they are a part of. Currently, we have the General Forum and the Federal and State Advocacy Issues. Each has numerous groups within the community.
How will I register for the Annual Conference with NORM Connect?
You will register for the NORM annual conference through NORM Connect by accessing the event website here. Registration will open on April 24, 2023. |
